Josh's started his career with Unilever as an intern working on in the Ice Cream and Frozen Novelty categories, where he analyzed the promotional and marketing effectiveness of Ben Jerry's, Klondike, Breyer's, Popsicle and the remainder of the ice cream portfolio and created an in store marketing strategy for each brand that was adopted in the following year. While working on the Kroger Team at Unilever, Josh was able to work with the largest grocery store chain in the U.S. and learn best practices when working with retailers along with learning how to utilize retailers loyalty platforms such as dunnhumby to drive sales and category growth. Studying abroad in Hong Kong, Josh interned with Prudential in Business Development, studied coursework relevant to a global setting, immersed himself into a new culture, and learned a new language, Mandarin. Returning from Asia, Josh interned with Unilever as a marketing intern in brand building for the P.F. Chang's Home Menu line, working on in market activation and shopper marketing. Most recently, Josh has worked in Brand Development for Axe Deodorant for North America - managing new product development and briefing and developing communicationsadvertisements along with leading digital strategy, social, and activating many multi million dollar campaigns while managing the PL in his most recent Brand Building role.
