I also have the privilege of leading and supporting an extremely talented software development team. I am passionate about leading teams and organizations, helping people to become the best versions of themselves. I take an interest in the goals and aspirations of each of my team members, and help them get to that next step in their careers. With over years of experience in business and technology, I have the ability to see the big picture while thinking outside of the box.
