I'm a free thinker who works best alone. Worked many graveyard type positions and the night shifts. Own my own business now, teaching people about health and nutrition which are my primary passions. SEO and serps fascinate me. I do Blog Coaching and I brew Kombucha Tea. I've climbed Kilimanjaro in Africa and to Mt Everest Base camp in Nepal. I've jumped out of airplanes, the highest being 15,000 feet and had to cut away my main and go to my reserve on one occasion. I bungee jump too - with about 9 jumps to my name. I rode a hot air balloon at dawn - once - and it was in Kenya.I've seen the sunrise from the top of the Rock of Gibraltar and I'm undefeated in Bocce ball.In regards to fitness, I climb stairs, walk and swing kettlebells as my primary sources of movement but then throw in some EDT routines and love the basic lifts - Deadlift, squats and pullups. Bench I can take or leave.I can tie my own shoes, but cannot lay an egg and oh ya... I once weighed 475 pounds (now I don't).,...anything is possible and nothing happens by accident...,
