My focus was embedded devices, architectural design to its implementation and deployment. I worked and contributed individually with code while debugging difficult issues in many embedded platforms. As a technical lead, I was also in charge of making design decisions, participate in cross-functional meetings, and lead team of engineers during the development of Java for Motorola iDENCDMA devices. With more than years of experience in the wireless industry including leadership engineering positions for Fortune organizations (e.g. Technical Program Manager position at Microsoft Networking in the area of Personal Area Networks). An Innovator and individual contributor with submitted patents (including already issued). I am active participant in IEEE Journals and Conferences as part of multiple TPCs with authorship in several publications in journals and conferences. As an early adopter of technology since as a teenager, I have worked with most technological advances at physical, link and presentation layers including protocols such as X. thru WiFiG LTE. I have also mentored engineers at Motorola and taught undergraduate and graduate-level courses at major Universities.
