I have worked within Smith & Associates Real Estate for over 7 years in a diverse capacity. I specialized in condominium conversions in my early years with the company, helping with acquisitions and managing the sales process through closing. This also lead into new construction opportunities and now with the sales of finished new products. Also during my tenure, I have spent time revolutionizing the company as far as technology and broadening our services in lead generations & building a Customer Care/E-Team Department.
