Arline's unique career in business development and marketing for manufacturers as well as for a big box retailer has given her a understanding of the product life-cycle, from concept through production to retail. Arline has developed award-winning products in multiple categories such as home decor, infantjuvenile products, fitness equipment, seasonal merchandise, sporting goods, toys and women's accessories. She marketed these through diversified distribution channels including drug, grocery, specialty and mass. Arline developed some of the world's most iconic consumer brands-- including Animal Planet, Hello Kitty, Highlights for Children, Sesame Workshop, and The Home Depot -- into successful retail programs for Target, Toys 'R' Us, and Walmart. Arline received over one dozen new product, licensing, and retailing awards including the Toys 'R' Us President's Award for Performance Above Expectations. She has served as President of a large trade organization Chairperson of a charitable foundation Corporate Officer for a public company and has been on the Board of Directors for three educational associations.
