As well, I am considered one of the few engineers who is so adept at that craft, its surprising to some that I have an unbelievable A&R type quality when it comes to the executive production and business side of the music industry. Main goals are much different from most, it's that I want to see everyone around me to succeed. I have the desire to see true and honest people around me make money, and prosper. I think so often avarice becomes the only thing driving people, instead of my personal approach of "it takes a village".
