Spending my formative years working every position within a restaurant from table busser to laboring over a year as an apprentice brewer, I had a pretty broad understanding of the restaurant industry by the time I left TooJay's Restaurants. Following TooJays, I set off through a number of both full service and boutique agencies managing accounts like Friendly's Restaurants, New Whey Nutrition, The Extreme Pita, Firehouse Subs, Blimpi Subs, The Extreme Pita, Tropical Smoothie, Grupo Anderson (Senor Frogs, Carlos and Charlies, El Shrimp Bucket), Tony Roma's Restaurants, and Party City. While directing or consulting I managed strategy, brand, media buying, creative development, vendor and team management, trade shows, sustainable business transition, as well as complete budget direction implementation. My education covers a diverse background include major focuses on Sustainable Green Business, Sociology, Computer Science, and Marketing.
