Since completing his undergraduate degree at Miami University, where he studied Leadership and Entrepreneurship, Mike has served and gained experience in two primary areas. Finance As a financial professional, Mike has experience in various areas, ranging from mortgage and real estate to investment portfolios to resource budgeting. Visionary Leadership Mike is pursuing the fulfillment of a vision that drives him daily which is to Identify, Connect, Equip Generational Leaders. The aim of this endeavor is transformation of the culture of our city beyond. Its initial focus is on the current rising generation, to establish a significant proportion of high-competence, high-character leaders. Then subsequently to create the structures to ensure future generations can and will continue the momentum. A deep compassion for people, along with the knowledge that one man can never do it alone, make his dedication just as absolute to building up the people around him, and to surrounding himself with much wiser and more talented people. Mike can also be found serving in various capacities around Cincinnati, including youth-focused, young professional, large-scale development, poverty-eradicating, and leadership development organizations.
