Currently I am the Social Media Manager for both the Jekyll Island Club Hotel and the Hampton Inn & Suites Jekyll Island, Actively building the Jekyll Island & Golden Isles brand across a variety of interactive channels, I develop strategies to foster new and strengthen existing relationships, engage current and previous visitors as well as inspire prospective guests. Through daily dialog with various online communities, I expand awareness of the unique hospitality opportunities available exclusively on Jekyll Island and the Golden Isles. As a Coastal Georgia advocate, I educate and motivate. In addition to my ever evolving new media responsibilities, I am also involved in more traditional public relations opportunities such as hosting travel writers at the resort, responding to media leads and writing for travel publications.
