Willms is the chief executive officer and general manager of all business affairs and policies set forth by the Board of Directors for The West Chamber - Serving Jefferson County. An accomplished nonprofit professional, Willms utilizes his expertise in sales management, marketing, public affairs, banking and the small business market to effectively identify and execute the needs of Jefferson County's business community. In consultation with the Board, as PresidentCEO, Willms is responsible for building the vision and future of the organization, maintains the financial viability of the Chamber, drives fundraising efforts, as well as builds and maintains an effective staff of employees, Chamber committees, ambassadors and volunteer leaders. Willms, highly effective in connecting business professionals, prides himself on providing a plethora of Chamber events and services to introduce community members to one another and ultimately provide them with a high return on investment in their membership.
