In my current role as the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) for Internet Retailer Top e-commerce retailer and sheet music publisher, Musicnotes.com, I bring together thirteen years of experience in e-commerce and fifteen years in the online music industry to define and achieve business goals and objectives, including maximizing sales and profits, by identifying customer acquisition opportunities and then providing an optimal, personalized online shopping experience. I have aided in the growth of an e-commerce from start-up stage to over million in annual sales, with continuous year-over-year revenue growth, by identifying and acting on industry trends and opportunities, analyzing and segmenting web site visitor traffic and pathway data, and focusing on optimizing user experiences. Musicnotes now has over four million customers (with over , new customers added each month), serves over , daily site visitors, sees over , transactions a day ( of which are to repeat customers) and has a conversion rate nearing . Current projects include the strategy, design and project management of the new Musicnotes mobile e-commerce site, a new hybrid loyalty and subscription content program, and several additional new features as determined via customer feedback and analysis. I am also a previous member of the Adobe Marketing Suite Customer Advisory Board, and have been a featured presenter at several industry conferences, including eTail, Internet Retailer, and Adobe Summit.
