Dr. Hui has been an Assistant Professor in the Department of Surgery and Division of Cardiology at the State University of Stony Brook, New York since 1978. He has also been a scientist in the medical department of Brookhaven National Laboratories. Dr. Hui was CEO and president of and a principal stockholder in Vasogenics, Inc. at the time of its acquisition by us in January 1995.
