This mainly is because the people who are buying the solutions need to get value or ROI but beyond that, the people who use the solution need to also feel like they are receiving value. If both sets of stakeholder's need are not addressed, then they will not participate and the initiative fails. I work across technology and business to understand the challenges, align people and technology to improve performance and satisfaction. When this connection is made rapid improvements happen and organizational transformation is the result.
