Do Good. Have Fun. Make Money. That's the Triple Bottom Line I help clients achieve. I work as a Management Consultant, Advisor and Coach to Spiritually Guided Business Executives. (Quite a mouthful, yep.) My office has two rooms, and clients hire me to work in one or both of them. The front room looks like a therapist's office or a minister's parlor, and there we talk about what is deeply and personally important to them, so that they can build a business strategy that aligns with their: 1. deep values (what is my calling? what do I believe in?), 2. everyday preferences (what do I want to spend my day doing, and with whom, and for how much money?) and 3. developed strengths. My work here is part preacher, part therapist and part MBA. The back room is a big conference space with a wall of whiteboard for using my MBA skills (and my clients' business knowledge) to grid out, map out, plan out and hone in on solid business strategies and actions to help them reach their triple bottom lines of doing good, having fun and making money. Among the questions we work through: 1. What products do we want to sell, and to which markets? 2. Of those product/market combinations, which ones optimize our Do Good - Have Fun - Make Money equation? 3. How do we lead our selves and our organizations to do our work well -- effectively, joyfully and peacefully? Specialties I help spiritually guided executives align their business strategies with their beliefs. My working definition of "spiritual" is anyone who believes that we are part of something bigger than we know, and that we are all connected. Model clients are privately held businesses whose CEOs want their companies to reflect their own values and passions, and whose companies do several things very well but need additional marketing or management expertise to maximize performance.
