Currently, I serve as the national Director of Learning and Development for Optum Palliative and Hospice Care, a division of UnitedHealth Group, where I am responsible for the development and delivery of effective training programs across the Optum Palliative and Hospice Care (OPHC) division. I love my job, where I develop and deliver effective training and professional development programs for hospice professionals serving in OPHC's locations across the U.S. I am thrilled to be a part of a team that is effecting real change in how care is palliative and hospice care is being delivered at the bedside by our caring professionals.
