Who I Am For over years-- of which were as a fully retained advisor to Toyota-- I've been a professional advisor, trainer, and coach in the areas of creativity and innovation at the intersection of business and design. I write regularly about creativity, innovation, lean, and design thinking for HBR Blog Network, Rotman Magazine, Fast Company Design, U, and AmEx OPEN Forum. I speak all over the world on creativity, innovation, lean thinking, and design thinking. The name of my company is EDIT Innovation, a firm that exists to inspire creativity, guide innovation, and encourage simplicity in organizations the world over.
