I am responsible for the monthly and yearly production of an accurate HMDA Loan Application Register report for the entire Mortgage Bank. I manage a team of auditors and scrubbers who work off of queries and daily reports to achieve correct denial letters, correct dispositioning and data elements for the LAR report. I work with IT as the business owner of 5 SQL/VB daily jobs that run against production systems for the creation of the LAR report. Assist production in making sure systems work properly to follow ECOA/FCRA regulations while capturing complete and accurate HMDA required data. Manage post closing outsourced work force in the scrubbing of any compliance related application. Enhanced processes and systems to meet production requirements during great workforce reductions. Designed, tested and implemented system enhancements for several different projects on several different applications. Worked with IT in managing, enhancing, and testing several different system updates especially related to HMDA, ECOA and FCRA regulations. Produced testing plans and implementation of standardized HMDA testing for all monthly bundle system enhancements and releases. Managed and implemented the migration process of the Compliance Reporting and Defect Management group. Worked with the outsourcing services from design stage all the way through live date for the new CAD department in India. Designed the process, wrote the training manuals, trained employees and managers offshore, designed audit process and score cards, created goals and metrics which were implemented before live date. Manage corporate compliance audits pulls for the Mortgage Bank which included Retail divisions, Wholesale divisions, Construction Lending divisions, Correspondent and Conduit. Responsible for the response and refute of all HMDA, ECOA and FCRA related audit errors for all divisions of the Mortgage Bank and all systems.
