Later, as these same businesses realized that competing in a global environment required they present themselves more powerfully (via better brand strategies), we adapted our own suite of world class services to continue supporting our customers. As we passed a handful of years into the new millennium, businesses were finding the world was changing yet again ... this time to a world of social communication, networking and instantaneous online collaboration. At the front edge of this wave, we found ourselves again helping our customers as a guide along this technology path.
