Implemented and maintain Symantec NetBackup within the above system and storage landscape and a dedicated Brocade 10Gb Ethernet LAN to backup all AIX, RHEL, Windows Server, Oracle Database, and Microsoft Exchange clients to disk and an IBM TS7650 ProtecTIER VTL and duplicate to a TS3310 LTO library and replicate to an off-site VTL. Regularly test nearly-automated recovery process, allowing IT to demonstrate to the business that the critical business systems are protected. Implemented and maintain an Internet security landscape that includes various IBM systems for clustered firewalls, intrusion prevention systems, and RHEL bastion hosts providing HTTP, FTP, SMTP AV relay, and split-horizon DNS. Also maintain BladeCenter-based IBM System Cluster 1350s running Novell SLES and IBM GPFS for SAP BW Accelerator. Before performing various migrations, also maintained Sun Solaris, HP-UX, Nokia IPSO, VERITAS Storage Foundation on Solaris, Citrix Secure Gateway on Solaris, Blue Coat ProxySG appliances, and HDS Lightning, Thunder, and TagmaStore disk storage.
