My mission is to let people know they can make a difference, even if it’s just a simple smile! Most people have been led to believe they can‘t do anything, that they’re just one person, that they don‘t have the skills or mindset to do make a significant impact.I‘ve learned in my travels around the world is that anyone can affect change that will make their life better, a person can be happy with absolutely nothing and saving lives is great gift! If you’re breathing, you can do it and even that is a criteria because what you do now can and will have an affect on others long after you’re gone.I left on a seven year journey to learn from those with nothing and who are truly happy, that they have the power to change the world. I sailed across the Atlantic ocean twice without a motor on this quest. What a way to think differently without the limits of society and outside influences. Imagine three weeks without sight of land, going through three tropical storms, one hurricane, three attempts by others to board my boat and I was shipwrecked at one point, but it was worth every second. Sailed 200 miles up the Gambia River, the original slave trade route, and saw people still living in grass huts who were happy to share their meal with me even though selling or trading any object off my boat would likely have set them for life. I helped school teachers, with absolutely nothing, empowering children to believe in themselves, to work together as a community, to support one another, respect each other’s space and belongings even though they had none of their own. I headed into the Cuban mountains where the locals and the gorillas live in harmony, two Jamaicans paddled out to greet me on an old, broken down surfboard to offer what they had with nothing expected in return. They live by their motto to enjoy life to the fullest. I had the opportunity to see people coming together in the Cape Verde Islands in a old abandoned warehouse sharing their skills and learning from each other in order to get by. There are countless stories to share from Mexico, Costa Rica, Haiti, Canada, the USA and others. Yes, in every country I have found incredible people making a difference. It’s my mission in life to connect those people and encourage others to step forward through six degrees of kindness, through what is known as paying it forward!------------Trever McGhee is a Motivational Energy Speaker who has transformed ordinary seminars into Empowerment Training, Trever believes in leading by example and has set three Guinness World Records for Fire Walking: the most recent is 597 feet. Trever says, ”One of the best tools I use for change is to provide people the opportunity to fire walk. Within the first step, they know the training was successful and they can apply it to any area of their life. It’s one thing to give people the information to change their lives, anyone can do that. Harv Eker among many others.  In the last three years, he has self-funded his endeavors with over a half million dollars, fulfilling his life’s passion by traveling the world helping people in his quest to help others change their lives. His impressive track record began at the age of 15, leading groups of The Royal Canadian Sea Cadets, and continuing for five years as an officer in The Canadian Armed Forces inspiring youths to become more than they thought they could be.
