Dedication, hard work and persistence have opened new opportunities throughout my career, whether it was a promotion from Coordinator to Senior Manager in an account management capacity or most recently from Tier Support to Problem Management Specialist in a more technical capacity. Many of the skills acquired through this hard work, highlighted in the experience section below, will directly contribute to my success as a Business Analyst, my current career goal.
