Let me be honest here... I've never liked Flickr. Every time I've come here, or been linked to a photo on here, I've always been immediately turned off by the formatting of the page, the default size of the photo, and the glaring white background site color. That being said, I am well aware how popular this site is with a great many photographers. So, I'm putting my prejudices aside, and am going to start uploading photos. Who knows, maybe after using it a while, my outlook may change. But could someone please please tell me why flickr uses NUCLEAR WHITE to display photography? Yes, I know there are Firefox scripts to manually alter the page, but that's unacceptable. Give me neutral, give me medium grey, give me black, just give me something else...read more ...read less ...
