Before joining us, Mr. Peters served TriMas Corporation, a manufacturer of automotive accessories and industrial products, as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2002 to 2003 and as Vice President of Finance from 2001 to 2002. From 1994 to 2001, he held various positions with Dana Corporation, a manufacturer in the automotive, commercial vehicle, and off-highway markets, including Global Working Capital Team Leader from 2000 to 2001, Director of Operations - Long Manufacturing from 1999 to 2000 and Vice President of Finance from 1994 to 1999. Prior to that, Mr. Peters worked for Coopers & Lybrand for over eight years.
