Over the last 3 decades, I have amassed a diverse range of credits in theater, music, dance, video, online media and the humanities. In my multi-faceted career to date, I've worked on about 120 plays and musicals in Broadway and off-Broadway theaters as well as several dozen opera productions at the Metropolitan Opera and New York City Opera. Along the way, I have also produced a variety of memorable one-night-only special events and served as an independent producer and management consultant for various leading non-profit arts organizations. I currently work for the world-renowned Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater. As an industry expert, I have been a regular moderator, speaker or panelist at a range of events. I have taught or guest lectured on arts-related issues at Yale, Columbia, NYU, Fordham, Marymount, and the Commercial Theater Institute. I have been involved in the evaluation and/or selection process for the ASCAP Musical Theater Workshop, the Jonathan Larson Awards for emerging musical theater writers, NAMT's Festival of New Musicals, and the New York Musical Theater Festival. From 2008 to 2011, I served as a member of the nominating committee for the Tony Awards.
