Ted Wesolowski has been a director of the Company since April 2002. Mr. Wesolowski was Chief Executive Officer and President of the Company from January 2003 until March 15, 2004. Mr. Wesolowski resigned as Chief Executive Officer and President on March 15, 2004, but has continued to serve as Secretary of the Company and as a director subsequent to his resignation. Prior to serving as Chief Executive Officer and President of the Company, Mr. Wesolowski was a co-founder of Babst, Calland, Clements & Zomnir, P.C., and had been with the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania-based law firm since its inception in 1986. Mr. Wesolowski returned to his position with the law firm after his resignation from the Company. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from The Pennsylvania State University and his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from The University of Pittsburgh.
