Tara relocated to San Diego to attend Thomas Jefferson School of Law where she earned a Juris Doctor and graduated cum laude. Upon graduation in 2006, she immediately passed the bar exam and became admitted to practice before all courts in the State of California. She is actively involved in several professional organizations, including the State Bar of California, the San Diego County Bar Association, Lawyers Club of San Diego, Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, the National Association of Women Business Owners and the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce.
