Susan Wight comes from an interesting blend of experiences. As Virginia's former top female Steeplechase jockey two years in a row, she knows what it takes to make it to the finish line first. She was a 'stay at barn mom' who trained and raced Steeplechase horses for a living for ten years. She then went to work for Xerox and Hughes Aircraft, in computer design work. In 1997 she joined Mary Kay Inc., based in Dallas, TX. In her first six months she earned the use of her first company car. In ten months she became a Director, "femtoring" other women across the country. She earned four free cars and awards too numerous to mention for her work helping other women, before she retired March 1, 2007. Her forte is motivation. She is also a published author, “Lulu, the Very Important (Potbellied) Pig”, ISBN:1-56002-674-X Susan Wight currently femtors saleswomen of all ages. She volunteers with a unique military survivor's organization, TAPS.org, as well as a college-age bible study program at her church. She was active in the local Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce. She has won the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce 'Small Business Award' and was gifted a 5-star trip to Brazil for her recruiting efforts. Specialties Susan's forte is motivation.
