Ms. Levine has served as the Secretary and Vice-President of the Company since December 1997, and was elected to the Board at that time. Ms. Levine resigned her board membership temporarily between January 1999 and January 2000. Since 1980, Ms. Levine has worked with her husband, Dr. Stephen Levine, in the creation and development of Nutricology. Ms. Levine currently works on marketing concerns.
