Sue Bette is the Founder and Managing Partner of the Bluebird Restaurant Group (Bluebird Tavern, Bluebird Barbecue, Bluebird Coffee Stop, Bluebird Parties). She received her B.A. from Saint Michael's College, M.Ed. from the University of Vermont and attended culinary programs in Berkeley, California as well as a level one certificate from the International Sommelier Guild. Currently Bette is attending Cornell University
