Stuart Beame has extensive experience in the Customer Service and Call Center arena, which spans 20 years. In his previous role as Director of the Student Information Call Center in the Enrollment & Student Services (ESS) division at Central Piedmont Community College, he was recognized as a Finalist in the category of Call Center Leader of the Year by the International Quality and Productivity Center (IQPC), an international call center sanctioning body. This was the first time a Leader in the Education field was recognized for this prestigious award. He has been directly responsible for the creation of operational planning and programs for a variety of participants. His experience lies in leadership, training, quality assurance and total quality management of programs for education, sales and customer service personnel at all levels of organizations. He managed the implementation and staffing for a large sales and customer service training services initiative, both in the US and India, for the largest direct satellite television provider in the world, DirecTV. He was directly responsible for the delivery and development, as well as scripting, of training programs for multiple Fortune 100 companies such as DirecTV, Orbitz.com, American Express and Ticket Master. He also successfully led the Quality Assurance and Training for the U.S. Census 2000 Project as the Director; developing and executing the plan to train 3,000 agents across 22 sites at 11 competing call center companies.
