I am a mom, a "retired" attorney, a veterinary practice manager, a professional dog trainer, and an entrepreneur on the go. My husband and I own Pecan Acres Pet Care, a veterinary hospital, pet lodging facility, and dog training business. Our daughters (ages and ), who assist me at my dog training consultations, keep me busy getting them to and from their various extra-curricular and sports engagements. When I'm not busy with all that, I'm volunteering for a variety of non-profits in our area. And that doesn't count the weekends Our oldest daughter pitches for a Division A softball team that travels for tournaments two or three weekends a month, and our youngest daughter plays basketball and tennis.
