Strong experiences in the music mobile content industry, covering digital music services (a la carte streaming), mobile content and mobile applications. Experiences working across International borders, agile start-up environment large Corporations. Currently part of the Australian Content Services team (Smartphone applications (extending to multiple screens)) at Samsung Electronics Australia. Product Project Manager within the Content Services team working across mulitple Android Smartphones, Tablets, Samsung Smart TV's and WEB. Experiences in BB, DC BBC environments. Worked at Major Independent Record Label gaining excellent grasp of the music industry and digital services in Australia (moving to multiple converged experiences across mulitple devices). In joined leading pioneer of mobile content services, MUSIWAVE SA (Paris France). Musiwave's partners included the biggest Telecommunications companies in the world. Acquired a great understanding of the Telco's content business (retention), helping design engaging mobile user interfaces, best practises for UX, UI, convergence customer retention. Post Microsoft Corporations acquisition of Musiwave (now ZUNEXBOX Entertainment (Music)), moved into a Key Account Manager role (Australia New Zealand) within the Microsoft Australia subsidiary, managing Musiwave legacy digital musiccontent services. Primary role involved cross selling and up selling mobile online content solutions to bolster Telco partners consumer facing services and drive revenue across the businesses in Australia and New Zealand (increase ARPUimprove service stickinesschurn reduction).
