I always felt grateful to have a customer put their faith and trust in my company and myself. Toward the end of my tenure, I began to research the level of low end service that some companies give to their customers; in almost all cases unintentionally. Those words were uttered by Vint Cerf, one of the TRUE founders of the internet, and currently Google's Chief Internet Evangelist. a few years ago we all wanted "hits" on our websites. Last Year it was "traffic"... We've finally grown up. What is traffic without converting that traffic in to a lead or a sale? The Internet is a constantly moving organism. If you don't have an strategy for it, watch it. Chances are your competition already does.
