e-mail I'm an experienced, energetic, detail-oriented Marketing Analysis professional and innovative problem solver with a proven strength in quickly grasping new materials and simplifying complex problems. Some highlights from my career include Building a database marketing program from the ground up for Zaner-Bloser, adopting many best practices from the direct marketing industry. Leads and correlated revenues from this program tripled under my management. Managing highly detailed, complicated systems of list acquisition for over campaigns annually, in both BB and BC markets, which were highly lucrative for Highlights for Children. Leading a global multi-department effort to evaluate Sterling Commerce's campaign management system vs. possible replacements, selecting a new vendor, and working toward implementation of the new software. Identifying the need for significant improvement of Wendys customer satisfaction program and serving as the data expert in collaboration with a team to rebuild and relaunch this program resulting in actionable recommendations leading to improved sales the revised program being broadly adopted by the franchise community and winning Wendys prestigious Values Award.
