At age fifteen I realized one of my greatest passions is marketing and how it works, not just in business, but everywhere, everyday. Quoting Regis McKenna, Marketing is everything, and everything is marketing. In my most recent position as Marketing Communications Manager, Europe, for RTS Realtime Systems, my focus was to brand and position the firm, grow awareness, and increase profits through client growth globally, and more specifically in the European region. I managed diverse tasks across multiple areas of marketing, and gained the experience of marketing in different regions of the world. My greatest strength is the ability to successfully develop and implement marketing strategies from nothing - building from the ground up. I planned, managed and executed website development and copywrite, social media marketing for client prospect online influence and engagement, email campaigns, graphic design, project management, event marketing, search engine optimization, prospect development, lead generation, CRM, marketing collateral creation, sales enablement and advertising. Consistently I prepared market analysis and internal measurement and analytics to review and adapt marketing plans. As a marketing professional, I continuously educate myself to stay ahead of the ever-changing industry. Participation on committees through the American Marketing Association and Heartland Mobile Council, have allowed me to engage in areas and industries outside of my own career. This also provides the opportunity to learn from those interacting in these networks. I am also personally active in social media to gain knowledge and valuable insight from distinguished marketing professionals, and to share my experience. Now as a realtor, I apply my marketing background to assist sales for my clients and to build my brand and business. I appreciate working in a sales field, having constant social interaction with all types of people.
