I graduated in 2007 from the University of Central Florida, with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. Currently, I am an IT Problem Analyst at Raymond James Financial and the Information Director for the Greater Tampa Bay Chapter of the Association of Contingency Planners. Prior to my current role, I was a Business Continuity Planning Coordinator at Raymond James.
