Mr. McNamara has served as Chairman of the Board of the Company since October 2000. Mr. McNamara has been a director of various other public companies including Rimage Corporation and TCF Financial Corporation and was also member of the University of Minnesota Board of Regents. Mr. McNamara is a graduate of the University of Minnesota.
