Sometimes I get bored with my DSLR. It isn't that I don't like it but it is so heavy and cumbersome and I don't feel comfortable carrying it around all the time. A couple of years ago I was inspired by the work of photographers who used their iPhones to take pictures. It was a liberating experience and ever since I have been using my phone to record my surroundings. This Flickr page is dedicated to my work using the iPhone. Obviously I do more than just shoot with my iPhone and that can be seen at paulzoeller.com. Now, free from all the buttons and functions of a DSLR, the phone lets me just take pictures and worry less about the camera and more about the subject.
