Paul Relf is the Director of Product Management for Desktop Mobile Business Collaboration at Avaya. His focus today is to deliver next generation communication and collaboration solutions for Avaya customers including voice, video, conferencing, web collaboration and instant messaging. Specific product lines includes Avaya one-X and Avaya Flare Experience branded solutions for BlackBerry, Android, iPhone and Symbian Smart Phones iPad and Android Tablets Windows Mac OSX Web Browser Desktops HP and Wyse Virtual Desktop Integration (VDI) Solutions Cloud based service delivery While at Avaya Paul also led the introduction of advanced application based collaboration solutions including integration with IBM Lotus, salesforce.com, IBM Websphere Process Server, and Microsoft OCS Lync Office Dynamics in addition to numerous Web Service based integrations with Fortune companies. Paul joined Avaya through acquisition of Nortel. While at Nortel, Paul led product management from concept to launch for the award winning and Industry recognized IT application delivery platform the Agile Communication Environment (ACE). Before Nortel, he was the Director of Business Development at ARTIS. While at ARTIS, Paul led the market adoption of a highly innovative Enterprise data integration knowledge management product into the Defense Security sector. During his previous tenure at Nortel, Paul developed a service quality management portfolio which facilitated the convergence of voice communications over Internet technologies. He also has tremendous experience in data and voice networking working in both Enterprise and Carrier markets. Including Pragmatic Product Management and Scrum Master certification, Paul is seasoned in latest software management and delivery techniques. He is interested in commercializing disruptive innovation, business value engineering, and promoting Agile Scrum adoption.
