In I started Strother Communications Group (SCG) with the goal of providing differentiated marketing and PR services to clients by offering a more efficient, more effective integrated approach to communications. Since then SCG has served more than companies across continents, languages, alphabets and nearly every BB category. We are currently focused on expanding the digital capabilities of the agency and serving BB clients nationally. In addition to BB we have developed conventional and digital best practices around business-to-customer (BC). We have prepared the way for very strong growth in . Over the years I have served on a number of boards including the Minnesota Guitar Society, Trade Acceptance Group, the Tocqueville Center, the Counselor's Academy of the Public Relations Society of America and the College of Education and Human Development at the University of Minnesota. Education is also a very important part of my career. I have been an adjunct professor since and have taught about undergraduate and graduate courses. I am currently teaching public relations and advertising at the University of Minnesota where I have been on the faculty since . In my spare time my main avocation is writing music, playing the guitar and competing in Masters Swimming.
