My name is Nikki Marlatt-Young... At Ease Home Inspections also known as ae-hi - Owner amp Lead Inspector. I grew up in Elkridge, MD which is located in Howard County. For the past years I have been a resident of Arbutus, MD in Balt. County which is just miles from Elkridge. I use to think my start in this industry was Structural Photography. All though being a Structural Photographer did have a lot to do with it, I believe my real start was admiring the houses my father built. Perfection is his gift I studied graphics, photography, amp graphic design at Johns Hopkins. While getting through school I worked part-time as a structural photographer for a company based in Arizona. The more pictures of buildings I took the more my interested drove me to learn about them. I took classes at AHIT The American Home Inspector Training Institute, and completed the Master Inspection Course. I then moved on to be licensed with the state of Maryland to be a Maryland Licensed and Certified Home Inspector. I love this industry and I love being an Inspector. read more ...
