She is experienced in consumer and trade-focused programming and has most recently handled campaigns in the food and beverage and consumer health space. Nicoles assists in planning andor executing creative communications programs for clients such as Prosciutto di Parma, Hass Avocado Board, Georges Duboeuf, and Coppertone that drive share of voice and target savvy consumers and industry influencers, such as chefs and physicians. Her BB experience includes programming that educates retail audiences on product standards and qualities, in-store handling and recipe usage. Additionally, Nicoles knowledge is deeply rooted in consumer campaigns, in which she manages spokesperson partnerships, media relations outreach and event execution, on the local and national scale, to drive broad awareness around products and their health benefits as well as encourage product trial and purchase. Past media relations efforts have focused on top-tier, national print and online, and vertical trade outlets.
