I was born and raised in a small town you've probably never heard of in the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains of New York State. Much to my parents' chagrin, I came to Boston at the tender age of 17 to attend Berklee College of Music. Less than four years later I was handed my degree by Phil Collins and jumped in the back of a van to pursue rock stardom. I traveled a lot with the band, co-founded an independent record label (because no one else jumped at the chance to sign us), recorded lots of music, played in countless questionable venues and even got a short review in Rolling Stone. It was a journey rich in experience and less fruitful in financial rewards. My love of "all things marketing" has guided my post-rock star career through various incarnations. I started up a retail tea company. Owned a gourmet ice cream parlor. Worked with Fortune 500 technology companies on their event marketing. I even sold radio advertising for a leading Boston station. My real estate career began with an appraisal apprentice license in the height of the "boom" years. I have since appraised well over 2,000 homes, started my own residential real estate appraisal firm and seen the inside of more 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath garrison saltbox colonials than most people ever knew existed. Bitten by the real estate bug, but disappointed with the lack of creativity and marketing in the appraisal part of the business, I next got my real estate salesperson license and have not looked back since. My journey eventually led me to Hallmark Sotheby's International Realty in Hopkinton, MA. With this company I've finally found the ideal combination of a phenomenal, legacy brand backed by the pioneering vision of a very forward-thinking management team and ownership who simply "get it". For any and all real estate matters in the Metrowest suburbs of Boston, we truly are like no other. I know that sounds incredibly biased, but it's not.
