I recently moved to Ireland having spent 3 years in North Wales and prior to that 10 years+ in New Zealand. I offer personal consultations for change and empowerment as well as training and development worldwide. I worked alongside the local council (Genesis) in Denbighshire, North Wales providing one-day tailor-made training to unemployed beneficiaries. The focus of the training was to assist participants in becoming part of the workforce. Many of whom did and are still in employment (some for more than 18 months to date). In addition, I travel extensively for the remainder of the year offering personal consultations and training in Ireland, New Zealand, Australia, India, Hong Kong, China, Canada, Norway and the States. My clients are located worldwide as I provide consultations in person as well as on Skype. I made the move from the Hospitality Industry over 15 years ago as I saw and experienced the negative effects stress was having on me mentally, physically and emotionally. Since then I have been on a spiritual path of self-discovery, learning a variety of tools to assist myself and others make empowering changes within our lives. I have published numerous articles in Spiritual, Health, Spa Magazines and Newspapers in New Zealand, the United Kingdom and Asia. I was a weekly guest on a New Zealand radio show for a year while based there. I was on the BBC in the UK for experience in 2008 as well as in 2004 in New Zealand on Dunedin TV. I have also been a key note speaker in the New Zealand Hypnotherapists Association 2002 held in Taupo, the Bowen Therapy Association Conference in Christchurch, New Zealand in 2003 and the New Zealand Naturopathic Conference held in Dunedin in 2004. My goal is to share effective tools with clients, individuals and training participants for change that help them to create effective solutions for change, turning current frustrations and limitations into positive solutions.
