Michael A. Quinn has served as a director since September 1992. Since April 1999, Mr. Quinn has been the Chief Executive Officer of Innovation Capital, an Australian/U.S. venture capital fund. From February 1992 to April 1999, he was a management and financial consultant. From July 1988 to January 1992, Mr. Quinn served as Executive Chairman of Phoenix Scientific Industries Limited, a privately held manufacturer of health care and scientific products. Before that, Mr. Quinn was a co-founder and managing director of Memtec, an NYSE-listed environmental filtration company.
