Michael T. Oliver has served as a trustee since March 4, 2003. Since December 2005, Mr. Oliver has been Director of New Business Development and a member of the investment committee at Concierge Asset Management. In October 2005, Mr. Oliver retired from the Alaska State Pension Board where he was the State Investment Officer of Real Estate and Private Equity Investments since August 2000. Mr. Oliver was a partner of MPAC Capital Markets from September 1998 to July 2000 providing consultation to several Asian governments concerning laws governing real estate investment trusts. From February 1996 to September 1998, Mr. Oliver was Chairman of RERC Capital Markets, LLC advising investment banking firms and publicly traded real estate companies. From March 1987 to February 1996, he was Chairman of Heitman/PRA Securities Advisors, Inc. and President of its Real Estate Fund.
