Mark has over years experience in digital, advertising, social, CRM and direct marketing. Mark began his career in the direct and interactive division of Arnold Worldwide where he worked on CRM campaigns for BMO Mutual Funds and BMO MasterCard and BMO retail group as well as Harris Bank (Chicago) Mark than changed gears and moved to a small start up Fuse Marketing Group where he helped to establish and build their interactive capabilities. While there Mark developed digital strategies and provided thought leadership for a number of clients including CIBC, Manulife, John Hancock (US), GE Money, Tetley NA and McCain Foods. In Mark joined Proximity Canada and was a core contributor to the companys new business development and expansion into the US market, helping to grow the company from people to . Mark has lead the charge in launching a number of brands into the social space including Frito-Lay and Bayer. Mark spent years leading the Global Digital account for Gillette, managing a team of marketing and technical professionals. During his time on the account, Gillette was named the fastest growing social brand by Interbrand and in , his team launched one of PGs largest and most successful campaigns of the year and Gillettes most successful product launch in the companys history. The ProGlide campaign has been held as best-in-class for PG. In , Mark moved to Proximity in NY to lead the Visa digital business and in years has gown the business from a project relationship to securing Global and NA AOR status. Under Mark's leadership his teams have developed some of Proximity's most awarded campaigns winning awards at Cannes, New York Festival, Caples, W, OMMA, AdWeeks Buzz Awards, Echos, Applied Arts, CMAs and DMAs.
