Every company has a brand. I call it a soul. It's the kernel of the company's collective offers, purposes and ambition. It's the "thing" that draws employees out of bed in the morning and attracts and retains customers during the hardest economic times. Looking over my career, what I've offered behind all my written job descriptions is to help companies identify and announce their brand and offers for the sake of increasing revenue.
