“Though a bit obscure, would you be related to "Susan Cooperman" of Lake Villa? I read of her success with a medical procedure via the Chicago Tribune.Specifically, the article stated Ms. Cooperman has had positive results but what I am after, she stated in the article that her insurance paid for her "VNS" procedure. If you are related to "Susan"..all I want is the name of which insurance company paid for her VNS procedure. I have been denied payment by my insurance company and it is possible for me to change insurance companies during this what is referred to as "open season"...a short period of time once a year where I have the opportunity to change insurance companies.
The quoted article from the Chicago Tribune stated that Ms. Cooperman had her VNS implant procedure in 2005.If I were not so desperate in search of relief from treatment resistant depression I would not attempt what I am. If I am successful in this contact,please forward thhis mto "Susan Cooperman"....all I need is the insurance co. name.”
